Civics
The study of a person’s rights and duties as a citizen is known as civics. It is a combination of many subjects, including history, political science, and social sciences.
Community
A community is a group of people living or working together in the same area.
Government
Any group of people living together in a country, state, city, or local community has to live by certain rules
Values

The happiness of the members of a community
Equality
the right of every individual to equal treatment and opportunities, regardless of factors like gender, race and social position

being together or at one with someone or something

everyone gets what they need, based on visible gaps in opportunity
Equity
giving everyone what they need to succeed
Diversity
we are truthful in what we say and do
Honesty
we are truthful in what we say and do
Sovereign
the right of a government to have complete control over its area
Ethics
primarily concerned with attempting to define what is good for the individual and for society
Determination
“overcoming obstacles in order to reach my goal.”
Justice
fairness in the way that people are dealt with
Social Contract
a perceived agreement among the people of a state about the rules that will define their government
Superior
something that is above others
Inferior
of little or less importance value
Federal
one that divides the powers of government between the national (federal) government, and state and local government
Constitutional
a set of rules that guides how a country, state, or other political organization works
State Government
The state governments are mostly set up in the same way as the federal government of the United States
