Intice or dispute with one another to doing good works. Contention. Sharp object/tongue-spur someone.
Irritate people towards love & good works.

Make sure no one is lacking in the joy, pleasure, delight and sweetness from God from Grace that way no bitterness or hatred causing a crowd/annoyance that can potentially rub off on many.
Don’t sell the peace that comes from Gods grace for the world.

“Have confidence in your leaders and submit to their authority, because they keep watch over you as those who must give an account. Do this so that their work will be a joy, not a burden, for that would be of no benefit to you.”

If you make your leaders job heavy and burdensome they are more likely to abuse/neglect you. Make their responsibilities lighter and fun for them and you’ll be blessed in what you do

How to win people to Christ?
Build a good friendship by spending time with them and having discussions. Outside of bible studies
How do I add people to Christ part B?
And out their background. Find out their life story, share yours. Present beliefs about God, Christ, in the Bible.
How to lead people to Christ PArt c?
Ask your friend to study the Bible with you.
How to lead people to Christ part D?
Buy a Bible as a gift. The NIV version. Inscribe a meaningful thought. They might be more willing to use it with you in the future.
