A

Hrm is the planning, organising, directing and controlling the procurement, development, compensation, integration, maintenance and reproduction of human resources to the end that individual, organisational and societal objectives are accomplished. It is a staff function and is advisory in nature. It is pervasive function and is inherent in all organisations and at all levels.

A

A

The function of hrm is advisory in nature.
