A democracy that works based on deliberation between the constituents on solutions/beliefs based on logic.

A
- Inclusion: Everyone affected by the decision is allowed to vote.
- Political Equality: Everyone has equal power in the discussion.
- Reasonableness: Everyone listens with an open mind.
- Publicity: Nothing is in secret; accountability and critical thinking are encouraged.
