A

It does not represent the will of all people and is unsustainable/unable to be implemented in real life as opposed to aggregative democracy.

A

A democracy that works based on deliberation between the constituents on solutions/beliefs based on logic.

What are the ideal conditions of deliberation?

A
  1. Inclusion: Everyone affected by the decision is allowed to vote.
  2. Political Equality: Everyone has equal power in the discussion.
  3. Reasonableness: Everyone listens with an open mind.
  4. Publicity: Nothing is in secret; accountability and critical thinking are encouraged.
