Power over others through position or moral teaching
COMMUNITY
Group of people who are joined together because they share something in common

Treating groups of people differently or unfairly

The Buddhist belief that a persons deeds affect their past, present and future experiences

Something that is necessary to survive; without it, we would experience difficulties or hardship
PREJUDICE
Judging people to be inferior or superior without cause
RESPECT
Consideration for others; understanding that everyone has value even though their circumstances may be different
STEREOTYPE
The idea that, if people wear certain types of clothes, for example, or drive certain cars, they must all have similar behaviours and values
WANT
Something we wish for, but not having it wouldn’t bring hardship or poverty
