The hadith is the record of what the prophet Muhammad said and approved.
Why is the Quran important to Muslims?
It’s the direct word from allah.
It’s directs and guides them in trouble times.
How did Muhammad receive the quran?
He went to a cave to mediate.
He meet the angel jibril.
The angel jibril told him to recite the words.
He couldn’t Read or write.
What are the Holy books in Islam?

The Quran which was brought by Muhammad
What do Muslims believe about the injil?
They believe that it is a distorted book.
How are sunnies different from shias?
Sunni believe that Abu Bakr his close friend was the rightful successor, while shias believe that Ali was his rightful successor.
What are the five pillars in Islam?
The six belief in Islam is
Shahadah - sincerely reciting and declaring the faith.
Sawn- fasting during the month of Ramadan
Hajj - a pilgrimage to mecca
Salat- praying
Zakat - giving a portion of your income to help the poor.
What are some of the additional pillars in shia?
Jihad - striving for the cause of Allah
The greater jihad and the lesser jihad.
Tawalla - going along good
Tarhara - going against evil
What is malikah
Malikah is the belief in angels.
Angel’s are said to be divine, supernatural beings.
Angel’s are said to communicate and send Allah’s messages to humanity.
Three angels are jibril, izail and makil
‘all believe in Allah, his a angels and his messengers’
Why are angels important in Islam?
Angels are important in Islam because it helps them to understand Allah more.
Muslims may feel that Allah loves and care for them due the the angles protection over them.
They feel a sense of awe and amazement as they see that Allah is transcendent but he’s able to communicate with them by angles.
What is Al Qadr?
Predestination
The belief that Allah knows what we do before we do it.
Sunni belive this but shia don’t.
The belief that Allah has given everyone free will, so they are responsible for their owns sins.
They belive that even though Allah knows everything, he cannot interfere.
Why is Al Qadr important to Islam
It helps them to be constantly aware of their thoughts and actions.
They live a good life as they know that Allah knows their deeds before they do it.
Try to do what the Quran has told them to do.
Try to help others just as the Quran had told them.
What is akirah?
Akirah is the belief in heaven and hell.
Jahannam- Muslims believe that hell is a place where bad people go to spend eternal punishment.
Al jannah–Muslims believe that heaven is where good people go.
What does the belief in akirah mean to Islam?
They do good ‘zeds in other to get to al-jannah not Jahannam.
More aware of their actions.
Relise the importance of forgiveness.
