- non PI claims: over £100,000
- PI claims: £50,000 or more

- non PI claims: up to £100,000

within 14 DDS of CF + within 4 months

response pack: admission, defence, acknowledging service
When must D serve their defence?
within 14 days DDS of POC (if served seperately)
How many days longer does an acknowledgement of service give D to serve defence?
A further 14 days
How much longer can the parties agree to extend defence due date before asking the court?
Up to 28 days more
