How to frame an interview answer?
Tips
- Aim for 60-90 seconds per answer
Format:
- Tell a story
- Add a metric / # results
- Address any objections the interviewer might have (lack of experience, career change, non-traditional background, career hopping, etc.)
Once you have an interview:
- Add in specifics that showcase you did your research on the company, the team, and the role
- Highlight specific examples of your accomplishments that prove out your value as it relates to the role you’re going for

About the school:
- Start by answering this yourself. Ask them then their opinion.
- What makes ISW unique amongst the other ISC district schools?
- International schools - go where your called to serve, wear lots of hats, As marketing director, anywhere else I may be called to add value in?

To create an online space for immersive real world experiential learning and application. to learn more about their cultural heritage and language - develop a sense of identity and the skills to bring it to life.
What projects have you completed or what initiatives have you taken on at ISCA?
- Establishing regular comm about ISCA events w/ larger LDI corporate offices and ISC School comm, start to make it a place with a footprint among the ISC school district., lot of my collegues mentioend year prior not feeling like they had a voice on the branding team
- Streamlining digital asset request and creation process.
What parts of your job have you done exceptionally well?

I have to imagine that there has been a lot to learn so far, but you’ve jumped in and embraced the challenges of both working with the larger organization so that we are in alignment as well as building into the emerging project of the online school.” “

Branding rollout, have already been a part of it.
2nd year as a marketing director, I know what my mistakes have been. Lot of trial and error. I come in knowing what my boundaries needs to be and what priorities/communications I need to establish upfront.
What are some weaknesses?

What do I want for other people in this position?
In this position, I want to facilitate stories/experiences that lead to wonder. I want people come into a better understanding of themselves and their potential. I want to make people feel free to experience life, knock them out of their comfort zones and being asleep. Truly make this an experience for coworkers, students and teachers online that’s an immersive learning experience. I want them to learn things they want to learn. I want them to get excited about it and look forward to it in their day.
