A

Tips

  • Aim for 60-90 seconds per answer

Format:

  • Tell a story
  • Add a metric / # results
  • Address any objections the interviewer might have (lack of experience, career change, non-traditional background, career hopping, etc.)

Once you have an interview:

  • Add in specifics that showcase you did your research on the company, the team, and the role
  • Highlight specific examples of your accomplishments that prove out your value as it relates to the role you’re going for

In this position, I want to facilitate stories/experiences that lead to wonder. I want people come into a better understanding of themselves and their potential. I want to make people feel free to experience life, knock them out of their comfort zones and being asleep. Truly make this an experience for coworkers, students and teachers online that’s an immersive learning experience. I want them to learn things they want to learn.
