Requirement Gathering, Design, Build, Implement.
What did we do for Shary office?
Created a data reposotory linked to web portal
What did we do for Yasir?
Cloud based software platform using microsoft azure to track clients
What did we do for Nationwide?
Requirements gathering (NDA) for Nationwide for new software.
What did we do for IT Lady?
Implemented over the counter software (Salesforce, 200 employess nurcing facility).
Talk abotu Acquisitions?
Ive grew my business using acquisitions, we are building a client list and cost structure for summer 2016 launch of acquisitions?
What kind of pricing have we done?
Flatrate or hourly depending on clients. Low as $5k to $50k (shary company, 18 months, needed software developrs, consultants, project managers)
How did we develop the name?
William Oughtred effectively created the first analog computer, slide rule.
Charles Babbage KH FRS was an English polymath. A mathematician, philosopher, inventor and mechanical engineer, Babbage is best remembered for originating the concept of a programmable computer.
Whats our story
Started with Nationwide (requirement gathering), then developed for Spectrum (SQL database).. then Nursing facility (sales force)
Company Structure
6 of us total. (3 consultants can do anything outside of development) (2 developers, develop software) (1 project manager) (me and 1 other guy does sales and marketing)
Still in growth phase.
Work of mouth, refer us. Have large network because of other businesses in California, trying to expand outside of California.
Where are we based out of and what are some other projects we working on?
Based out of Los Angeles but we operate Nationwide. Currently in contract negotiations in Georgia, implement BASE crm or Sales force.
Goal
Concept is treat customer friends, because too often I heard abotu not getting calls back in my own experience and what ive heard from other. Don’t overpromise, underdeliver. Not good enough anymore to meet expectations, you have to underpromise and over deliver.
