Serum - conjugated = normal

A

Hemolytic anemia
Gilbert’s syndrome (cannot conjugate bilirubin)

Unconjugated and conjugated bilirubin in serum?
Urine bilirubin?
Stool urobilinogen?
Urine urobilinogen?

A

Serum - unconjugated = increased
Serum - conjugated = increased
Urine bilirubin = positive (you’ll see the unconjugated/direct type bc this one is water soluble)

Stool urobilinogen = variable
Urine urobilinogen = increased
