Jekyll writes how he discovered the duality of man. He then decides to use his discovery to enjoy his evil side without shame. This doesn’t go to plan and Jekyll starts to lose control. Hyde begins to take over without the drugs and he has grown in stature. Jekyll finishes by explaining how the only way to stop Hyde was by killing himself.
