I’m a *very motivated, positive person who loves a challenge, interacting with people and being involved in my local community.
The experiences that I have had helped me hone in my skills as a *confident, good communicator and and a *collaborative team player.
Overall, I’m a *passionate person who puts in 100% into everything they do.
But I am always up for learning, growing and adapting professionally in any work environment I’m in. I never cower away from new experiences I’m always up for a challenge. (face challenges head on). im a very flexible person.
Previous experience
Cafe - waitressing, taking orders, making drinks, preparing desserts, cleaning tables.
social supermarket - cashier, interacting with customers.
St peters - put on activities, taking to clients asking about their day, reporting to managers, helping prepare meals.
How do I solve a problem?
- Actively listen to concern of the customer and don’t interrupt.
Understand what their problem is. - Apologise for their discomfort, offer them something to make up for the situation.
- Think of ways to rectify it, come up with effective solutions to keep customers happy and satisfied with their service.
Wasn’t satisfied with a dessert, meal, drink, team member’s, customer service.
E.g: offer free complimentary drink, free replacement, a discount—depending on what’s appropriate for the situation.
