Small thatch covered hut within which all meals must be taken. Constructed during Sukkot

Feast of Tabernacles. Commemorates the years if desert wandering prior to the entry if Israel into its land

Feast of weeks. Commemorates the central pact between Israel and God: the giving of the Torah on Sinai.

The day on which the Creator rested from his work. No work of any kind may be performed on Sabbath
