يَوْمُ ٱلزِّينَةِ

فَيُسْحِتَكُم
lest He will destroy you

فَتَنَـٰزَعُوٓا۟

ٱلنَّجْوَىٰ

بِطَرِيقَتِكُمُ ٱلْمُثْلَىٰ

صَفًّۭا ۚ
in ranks/line

ٱسْتَعْلَىٰ
prevails/overcomes

وَعِصِيُّهُمْ
their staffs

يُخَيَّلُ

تَلْقَفْ

نُّؤْثِرَكَ
prefer

فَٱقْضِ
so decree

أَكْرَهْتَنَا
you compelled us

أَسْرِ
travel by night

يَبَسًۭا

دَرَكًۭا

فَغَشِيَهُم

وَوَٰعَدْنَـٰكُمْ
We made a covenant with you/We made an appointment

وَلَا تَطْغَوْا۟

بِمَلْكِنَا

لَن نَّبْرَحَ
