They have the same key signature. Go down three scale degrees from the tonic (the first note) of the major scale. Go up three scale degrees from the tonic (the first note) of the minor scale.

What is different about a harmonic minor scale?

The seventh scale degree is raised a half step.

What is different about a melodic minor scale?

The sixth and seventh scale degrees are raised a half step when ascending and returned to normal when descending.
