Define the term corruption
Dishonest behaviour by those in power.
Define Democracy
“rule by the people”. People have the right to vote for their leaders and elect representatives and leaders of the country.
Define allegory
A story with a hidden meaning and moral message.
Define communism
A system of government in which all property belongs to the people and is distributed based on the needs of the people.
Define revolution
Overthrow of a government or ruler, taking power, often with the use of force.
Define Corruption
Dishonest or fraudulent behaviour by those in power.
Define Dictatorship
A society with a ruler who has total power over everything and everyone - typically by force.
Define Injustice
Lack of fairness.
Define Betrayal
Act of deliberate disloyalty that destroys trust.

A narrative that begins and ends in a similar way or place.

Hide information from the view of the public that is politically unacceptable or a threat to security.

A general rule or idea.

Unfair and cruel use of power over people.

A form of persuasion that uses emotion.
Define Ethos
A form of persuasion which uses the authors credibility to persuade.
Define Logos
A form of persuasion using facts and statistics.
