What are goods and services?
Goods are items that are usually tangible such as pens, physical books, salt, apples, and hats. Services are activities provided by other people, who include architects doctors, teachers, dentists, etc.

What does a TNC do?
It’s an enterprise that is involved with the international production of goods or services, foreign investments, or income and asset management in more than one country. It sets up factories in LEDCS countries as land and Labor are cheaper there.

What is an import?
Goods coming IN to the country, that were produced or manufactured in another country.
What is an export?
Goods that are going OUT of the country, that were produced or manufactured there.
