Give dirty dishes, utensil, or cookware as available to wash to Escuelerie

Get out restaurant tray and measuring devices for ingredients. Sous Chef may assist you

Take tray and measuring devices to ingredient station, measure out ALL ingredients and bring them back to your kitchen

Once ingredients are at your kitchen and correct, get 2 dish towels and 1 dishcloth for dishes

Once the Escuelerie begins please assist in drying and putting away items

Immediately turn on hot water and let it run until warm

Get out sink plug and dish soap

Get out drying rack and tray put on the counter ready to go

Once water is hot, plug the sink and put dish soap in. Use enough soap to wash the dishes well.

As items become available to wash, wash them, rinse, and place in drying rack

Kitchen porter will assist you in drying

You and the kitchen porter return all items back where they belong
