What do you need to install Microsoft Windows 10?
A bootable USB is created through the Media Creation tool which you can download from Microsoft.

How do you install Windows 10 onto your PC?
1) Insert your bootable media into a USB slot and power on the computer. 2) SPAM press F12 to boot into the Boot Menu. 3) Select the bootable media and click Enter. 4) Go through the installation media. If you have a product key, you can enter it after you have selected your language and clicked install now. If you haven't got one, click I don't have one and click on custom Install. 5) If you are wanting to use a pre-used PC, you will need to delete all of the partitions so you are left with the primary one. 6) Once you have done that, the pc will do the rest for you and will automatically restart. Once your computer has restarted, remove the bootable USB otherwise it will boot to it again, and go through the set up process.

How do you install Microsoft Windows Server 2019?
The same process as installing Windows 10, however, you will need to click on the Desktop Version when it asks for the version you want to install.
