A
Adjusts brightness at different depths to compensate for attenuation.

What’s the difference between write zoom and read zoom?
A
Write zoom: live, better resolution. Read zoom: frozen image, just enlarges pixels.

What is harmonic imaging?
A
Uses nonlinear tissue vibrations to improve image quality by reducing artifacts. Harmonic frequency = 2x fundamental.
