A

“My passion, my experimentation facility, wines require the experience and patience.”

Prior to 2003, Artur was working as the winemaker at Fred FredLoimer in Langenlois and is now the winemaker at WeingutThiery-Weber, however, he has a secret passion of his own: as small half-hectare plot called Lindobel, of GrünerVeltliner vines, in Rohrdorfer. The 30 year-old vines are rooted in meter thick loess soil which is typical of the area and since 2010 have been worked using organic and biodynamic principles. Artur’s goal, to make wines that stray from the mainstream, that show their origins and are made as technically as possible.
