- prevents BC and BC recurrence
- early stage 2 tumours extremely
- preferred drug for pre-meno
S/E - inc. risk of uterine cancer & blood clots

- PLATINATES (“alkylating like”)
- cisplatin + carboplatin

S/E:
- neurotoxic, nephrotoxic (dose-limiting), myelotoxic

- ANTHRACYCLINE (Doxyrubicin)

S/E: Nausea/vomiting, extravasive, myelosuppression, infertility, dehydration.
cardiotoxic - never give to CVD patients

SACT Supportive Meds
A
metoclopramide - antiemetic, dopamine receptor antagonist
ondansetron - antiemetic, serotonin receptor antagonist
Loperamide - diarrhoea
Gabapentin - for neuropathies (nerve damage)
Filgrastin GCSF
- especially in ppl with low neutrophils from chemo
- treats neutropoenia
