Climate
Why understanding weather and climate is important?
Weather affects daily activities and immediate decisions such as agriculture, transportation, and emergency preparedness.
Climate provides visions into long-term patterns and trends that influence agricultural viability, infrastructure design, and health.
One of the four divisions of the year that are characterized by specific weather patterns and daylight hours, resulting from the Earth’s axial tilt and its orbit around the Sun.
Season
Typically marked by warming temperatures, blooming plants, and increasing daylight.
Spring
Characterized by the warmest temperatures of the year, long daylight hours, and often dry conditions.
Summer
Known for cooling temperatures, shorter days, and the shedding of leaves from deciduous trees.
