CLIENT: Thank you for calling, my name is Ronda. Do you have a power outage or an emergency?
INT: Gracias por llamar, mi nombre es Ronda. ¿Tiene una avería eléctrica o alguna emergencia?
LEP: Ya reportamos el apagón pero quisiera saber si ya están trabajando en eso porque desde las 4:30 am no tenemos luz.
INT: We already reported the blackout/power outage but I would like to know if you are already working on it because we haven’t had power since 4:30 am.
CLIENT: The crew is working on your area right now. We can’t give you an estimated time but we are expecting it to be soon; as they are doing the best to have service restored.
INT: La cuadrilla esta/los técnicos están trabajando en su área en estos momentos. No le podemos dar un tiempo estimado pero esperamos que sea pronto ya que están haciendo todo lo posible por restablecer el servicio
LEP: Bueno, entonces no nos queda sino esperar. Gracias por su ayuda y si en más o menos una hora no está resuelto todavía, les estaré llamando otra vez
INT: Well, then we just have to wait. Thank for your help, and if in about an hour it has not been resolved yet, I’ll call again
