Have healthy relationship between employer and employee, protect this. Reward well and share wealth fairly and more. - Promoting integration and diversity –
Making sure we all work together, in integration with one another. All unique and all different, growing together. Create healthy and sustainable relations. Creating synergies beyond similarities and differences between employees.

A
- What is diversity, how diverse I am.
- Different approach.
- LC (Legal Case, doing because have to legally), BC (business Case, it’s good for business, doing it for the sake of the business and being attractive towards the costumers for example), EC (Economic Case, beyond the actual doing and will create value for the employees themselves for example)
LC + BC + EC = all these together will be the “Strategic Case”.
Important check chapter for this… He will put slides on canvas from the chapters to help find important parts of the chapters…
