Why do we need Ergonomics?

A
  • Reduce occurrence of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), cumulative trauma disorders
    (CTDs) and repetitive stress injuries (RSIs)
  • Increase comfort and productivity
  • Decrease fatigue, pain and injuries
  • Decrease costs: health insurance, workers compensation and lost time
