   - micro: vss, decidua & chorionic villi, trophoblast, sheet of decidual cells (modified endometrial cells)
2. tubal pregnancy - fallopian tube
   - gross: fallopian tube distension, erythematous serosa and hematosalpinx //มีเลือดออก มี villi
   - micro: implantation site จะมี fibrin & trophoblast & villi ที่ invade fallopian tube wall, sheet of trophoblastic proliferation and fibrin
3. hydatidiform mole - placenta
   - gross: numerous grape-like swollen chorionic villi
   - micro: swollen chorionic villi with central cistern (แอ่งน้ำ) and marked trophoblastic proliferation
4. carcinoma in situ (HSIL) - uterine cervix
   - gross: normal
   - micro: disorganization/loss of polarity of squamous epith cells, hyperchromasia and coarse chromatin, increased mitotic activity, +/- koilocyte, basal cell ตั้งฉากกับ basement membrane
5. squamous cell carcinoma - cervix
   - gross: mass w infiltrative borders, gray-white cut surface
   - micro: infiltrative sheets of malig cells, eosinophilic cytoplasm, intercellular bridge, keratin pearls
6. choriocarcinoma - uterus
   - gross: soft fleshy yellow white tumor in uterine cavity, ischemic necrosis, cystic softening, extensive hemorrhage, invade myometrium
   - micro: neoplastic trophoblasts (both cytotrophoblast and syncytiotrophoblast) invade myometrium, penetrate blood vss and lymph, ischemic necrosis and hemorrhage

   - keratin, stratified squamous epith, hair follicle, sweat gland, sebaceous gland, teeth, mesoderm — smm adipose vss, fibrous tissue แทรกใน collagen bundle, mesothelial cell lining ข้างนอก
2. endometriotic cyst - ovary
   - cuboidal epith lining, hemorrhage, spindle shape cell แทรกกับ rbc, hemosiderin laden macrophage, อ่าวอันนี้ก้มี island of endometrial gland
3. mucinous cystadenoma - ovary
   - multiloculated cystic structure ช่องว่างหลายช่อง ~ cyst หลายสเตจ (?), cyst lined w tall columnar non-ciliated cell ontop w mucinous epith, delicated septa
4. serous cystadenoma - ovary
   - gross: multilocular cyst w smooth inner surface
   - ติ่งยื่น papillary structure, fibrous tissue, columnar epith lining ชั้นเดวเหมือน mucinous เลยแต่ไม่มี mucinous gland ontop
5. serous carcinoma - ovary
   - epith มีความฟูและ invade fibrous stroma, fibrovascular core ล้อมรอบด้วย, hyperchromatic, nuc ดัน ๆ stratification (?) เรียกงี้ปะ, nuc pleiomorphic, nucleoli prominent จุด ๆ, psammoma bodies

   - gross: ill-defined mass lesion w trabeculated and hemorrhagic cut surface
   - endometrium ไปอยู่ใน myometrium, เหมือนเห็นเป็นเกาะ ๆ island, columnar cell
2. endometrial polyp - uterus
   - polypoid lesion ยื่นจาก endometrium, columnar cell, ซูมใน polyp จะเห็น benign endometrial gland
3. leiomyoma (myoma uteri) - uterus
   - gross: whorling, sharply circumscribe ขอบแยก
   - เรียงตัวตั้งฉาก ตัดขวางกัน, spindle shape cell, nuc elongated มากกก, fibrous tissue แทรก ๆ อยู่ใน myoma, NO necrosis NO mitosis ไว้แยกความต่างกับ leipmyosarc
4. adenocarcinoma (endometrioid carcinoma) - uterus [🍗]
   - ติ่งยื่นใน lumen (papillary structure), columanr shape, vesicular nuclei (?), back to back gland, มีรูปนึงเห็นเป็น gland มุดลงไปใน myometrium เลย
5. leiomyosarcoma - uterus
   - malig of smm, infiltrative ขอบไม่ชัดเหมือน leiomyoma, tumor แทรกระหว่างชั้น myometrium, tumor cell จะ pleomorphic makk, vascular invasion

   - micro: nodular proliferation, cystic dilate, papillary infolding, lined by 2 layer (inner columnar and outer cuboidal)
2. adenocarcinoma ดูแน่น ๆ - prostate
   - gross: gritty and firm grey-yellow, poorly defined mass
   - micro: malignant cells infiltrate in fibromuscular stroma, arrange in glandular pattern
3. cryptorchid testes - testes
   - gross: invasive gray white lesion,
   - micro: sertoli cell without spermatozoa, hyaline and thickening basement membrane, small testis from fibrotic change, leydig cell spare
4. seminoma - testes
   - gross: bulky, well-circumscribe, homogenous gray white cut surfaces, tunica albuginea isnt penetrated
   - micro: คือคล้าย lymphocyte มาก แต่ larger round cell เหมือนลูกเงาะ5555555555555
5. squamous cell carcinoma
   - gross: mass w infiltrative border
   - micro: stromal invasion, keratin pearl, sheet of malignant squamous cell
