-Maha Yogis with pranayama control this nadi and have unbroken dhyana since they don't have to worry about bodily functions
Sivatatva to Prithvi tatva are 36 tatvas which run the world

Amma is spread thru all of these and yet in the top most of them all
Only through the gates of the vedas can She be reached
She was born as 'Yoga Maya' to Yashodha Devi in Dwapara Yuga. When kamsa tries to kill her, she flies away to top of Vindhyachala Mountain.
Thru Brahma she gave vedas to devotees. She gives karma phalalu equally to all. Dharmarupini, srishti, sthithi, laya karini.
Mother of the vedas; All dharmas, all gnyanam comes from the vedas.
'Vid' means gnyanam.
Vedas are not created by people, directly from Her
Vedas are her breath. She is Gayatri Devi.
Sabda Brahma Swaroopini.
Creates 'maya', where you can't if its real or not.
Ma - means no
Ya - means yes
Maya - illusory, real/unreal
Trigunathma rupam of Paramatma
Natya Sastra Swaroopam. All a dancers poses and mudras in her kalpam. She does all the movements in the universe.
Maya is Paramatma's abhinayam
Vilasini is mohini Sakti
Sadhaka can be drowned in her maya, tests the devotee to get liberation
She is the path to liberation and she is the obstacle for liberation as well.
Kundalini Sakti awakens and moves up, at the Brahma randra sthanam (moksham gate), she is a film that blocks the way to the Sahasrara.

The highest consciousness to the grossest matter and space consists of ksetras. It is all her form.

She gives longevity, knowledge, face and prosperity if we prostrate with trikarana(mind, body, action) sudhhi.
She is one of the Anga devathlu, She is beside Symala Devi who is a Gnyana Devatha.
Resides in the Sri Chakra
"Vakku" - expression
Her grace gives us intellect and the ability to express it.
She also helps us retain the knowledge
If we contemplate on her thick tresses our darkness will disappear.
Kesamulu - Rays
Vamanamu - disperse downward
She showers us the rays of the sun, moon, fire; nourishing the world.
Ekadasa rudrulu and navagrahalu are all vamakesalu
Amma lives in the agni mandalam

In muladhara if kudalini is awakened, it is like an agni flow
She gives buddhi, gives us all vidhyalu
Kalpa-Lata : wish-fulfilling creeper
Whatever stage her devotees are, she fulfills their wishes and takes them to next stage
She not only fulfills wishes she takes us towards moksham if we surrender to her
Pasu - ignorant man ( avidya - sees difference between self and God)
Pasa- rope of bondage
vimochini - freedom
Pasas - old karmas
Pasupati - time, space and jiva are controlled by iswara
- She takes away bondage of limitations
- As you pray and surrender to her she will remove the avidya of differentiate between you and her
Samhr - destruction
asesa - without any leftovers
Pasanda - turns away from vedas/dharma
She totally removes the inner enemy of disbelief
Enforces good conduct
She stands with us to help in good conduct.
Tapatrayagni santhaptha samahladhana chandrika
Sudhamaya bindhu in sahasrara. Amma like chandrika will cool down tapatrayalu
1.Removing sorrows due to adhyathmika, adhibouthika and adhidaivika will remove all sorrow.
2. when kundalini awakens at muladhara, travels up through manipura and agna, reachs sahasrara and liberates the devotees.

16 letter sodasi vidya = taruni vidya = kundalini vidya
sadhana beginning stage is taruni

Swathmananda lavibutha brahmadhyananda santhathi
nothing compares to her paramananda swaroopam
This is her shabdha brahman form. This name refers to her unmanifested form.
Prakasa form is Siva and vimarsha form is shakthi. They both are indivisible.
Para means highest, absolute, pure form.
The sound in this stage can be called seed that has not yet germinated.
In human beings para in is the form of kundalini energy when it begins its ascent from mooladhara chakra.
Prathyak - chithirupa
Prathyak means turning inwards towards the soul.
Chith means consciousness - she is in the form of innerself.
Inner consciousness is the supreme level of consciousness.
The senses are by nature outgoing and cannot see the self within. Rarely a wise man who seeks liberation withdraws his senses from external world to the self within.

In sushumna nadi sri matha flows as main pranasakthi.

Manmadha worships her with kadi vidya
she is worshipped by kameswara.
Srungara rasa sampoorna
She is in the bindhu as bliss. Santha rasam is the 1st in 9 rasalu. Her real nature is tranquility.
She is in Purna giri peetam at Badrinath as Annapurna and in our body in 12 petals at anahatha.
Mother in chith swaroopam is rason for our existence. She is always victorious
Main pranasakthi, 16 petals visuddhi chakra.
Jalandhara peetam in Jalandhar punjab
Odyana peeta nilaya
She is brilliant in the 2 petals, Agna chakra between the eyebrows.
Assam Kamakhshya peetam is the most important one
She is in the sahasraram bindhu. sarvanandamaya mandalam
Worshipping her in srichakram is bahiryagam
Worshipping her in the chakras inside the body is Antharyagam.
Antharyagam should be learnt from a proper guru.
Pranasakthi and ego should be offered to each diety at each chakra.
She immediately showers blessings on her devotees
She is a witness of the universe
She dosenot have any witnesses. Final stage of realization.
Shadanga devatha yuktha
She is manthraswaroopini served by 6 anga devathas.
She has all 6 gunas - prosperity, righteousness, fame, material wealth, wisdom and dispassion.
3rd thidhi devatha, she has a kind merciful heart
She gives liberation and bliss
15 dieties 15 lunar days worshipped in srichakra representing panchadasi mantram. Shodasi is lalitha herself. She is pleased if worshipped with shodasi manthram than any yagna.
In our body, mind keeps changing Atma remains unchanging and eternal.
Sri Kantardha saririni
This is Arthanariswara tatvam.
Siva holds poison in his throat.
During creation paramatma is one and he splits himself into 2 - left female sakthi and right purusha sakthi
Siva is soul, sakthi is energy they are indivisble
Prabhavathi resides in bindu filled with power of effulgence surrounded by 8 dieties representing very powerful illuminating siddhis (prabha) Due to these our body receives energy to function, root is lalitha herself.
In the form of supreme light that pervades the whole universe. 8 deities get their illumination from this brightness.
She gives knowledge and prosperity to her devotees.
Akhanda atma sakthi
Innerself in all living beings. She is the self. All pervading all powerful always praised by her devotees.
She is ultimate, wife of parameswara. Able administrator of the whole universe. Root of srividya mantra. she is nature - sat chit ananda swaroopini
pra = first one, main, supreme
She is the source for all 3. If universe is fruit she is chidekarasa rupini
Vyaktha vyaktha swaroopini
Both manifested and unmanifested forms are her.
Karya karana rupa.
She is all pervading, spreads all over the universe in the form of chithi( energy)
She takes different forms while forming different functions. Even though she is in different forms she is only one.
Vidhya = knowledge, avidhya = ignorance
she is in both forms.
Vidya is supreme knowledge that leads to liberation whereas worldly knowledge to fulful worldly desires is avidhya, it also includes various fire rituals, external worship etc. but when rituals are performed without attachment to fruits of action along with internal search and exploration through meditation, he is said to possess vidya and he is sure to attain liberation. When avidya dissolves into vidya liberation can be attained.
Srividya is both vidya and avidya swaroopini. She is maha maya if we surrender to her totally she removes ignorance and gives knowledge that leads to liberation.
Avidya binds jeeva vidya liberates.
On seeing her sivas eyes widens with happiness as lotus that blooms when full moon shines.
Ku = inferior + mudha = pleasure
worldly pleasures are considered inferior.
She takes pity on those who indulge in worldly pleasures and when they start worshipping her she leads them to the right path to attain liberation.
devotees+heart+ignorance+to dispell+as sun+ suns rays.
She is the effulgence of the sun who dispells the darkness of ignorance fromthe hearts of her devotees.
One of the thidhi nithya devathas.( saptha thidhi)
While waging war with Sumbha & Nisumbha, Lalitha devi wanted to send them a message warning them to stop the war lest they should die in her hands. Sivaduthi comes out of her body and on behalf of srimatha she requests lord shiva to act as a messenger.
She wants to disspell ignorance from the hearts of her sadhakas & she wants the paramatma to give the required devotion and wisdom to her sadhakas. She is trying to show right path to her devotees with shiva as guru.
Worshipped by siva himself, he meditates on her and obtains Arthanarishwara form. Siva is able to manifest only when united with Shakthi.
Dakshinamurthy teaches srichakra sadhana.
Siva means auspiciousness, he has no form, nirguna brahm. He got name and form because of his consort sakthi.
Giver of happiness to her devotees
She is very dear to shiva. Siva is her dearest consort. both love each other and are inseparable.
She is always absorbed in meditating on siva. She feels siva is the ultimate. She reveals paramasiva to her devotees. She transcends the stage of siva because siva is inert without sakthi.
Srimata likes veda sastras. those who follow sastras and are righteous are called shishtas. She likes shistas.
She beign supreme brahman, is worshipped by righteous people who abide by the sastras. if we have to get grace of mothe we should also lead a righteous life and follow the path shown by gurus and saints.
Srimata cannot be measured, she has no beginning or ending and is anantha.
Paramatma tatvam has no limtations. our body is imited so we measure her by limiting her by name and form.
self illuminating. she even provides light to sun god.
Soul which is present in our body is aprameya and swaprakasha. we are able to see this world because of the the light from the brahaman.
mind + body+ not seen
she is beyond mind and body and cannot be seen by mind & body. She can be realized only through Knowledge.
She is power of consciousness that dispells ignorance.
She is pure consciousness ( sat chit ananda) that spreads all over.
Universe emerges from chaitanya, it is the gross form which is made of name and form.
She is present as kinetic energy in moving( chit sakthi) objects.
She is also present in inanimate objects as potential energy. This energy is responsible for creating objective world. These objects also have movement in rhythemic way that cannot be noticed by us.
one who is present in upadhi ( Jadam) and makes them move.
it represents the entire universe which has no power to know her.
Gayathri mantra protects a persons pranasakthi. Lalitha is in the form of Gayathri, narrated by Viswamithra, with 24 syllables and is preceded by 6 vyahruthis
Sakthi originated from siva, from sakthi came creation.
Om is pranavam and is the manifestation of sabdha brahma. A = Brahma, U = Vishnu, M = Rudra.
Vyahruthi is origin of speech and it represents 3 worlds
Bhur = earth, Bhuvah = space between earth and sun, Swah = heaven.
Tat Savithur varenyam = that supreme creator
Bhargo+Devasya+Dhimahi = Illuminating from+parabrahma+I am meditating.
meaning I am meditating on the illuminating form that belongs to brahma.
Dhi+yo+nah+prachodayath = intellect+that illumination+our+inducing.
We meditate on illuminaton form of supreme creater who induces modification in our mind. Also represents sun god.
Ishtadiyvam is gayatri. This should be done 3 times during sandhya samayam.
pronunciation of mantram. Siva first pronounced her name as vyahruthi. whatever siva pronounced is vedas.
Vyahruthi is origin of speech and it represents 3 worlds
Bhur = earth, Bhuvah = space between earth and sun, Swah = heaven.
also 3 grades of consciousness
junction between any 2.
time of dawn, dusk, midafternoon and midnight. Meditating during these times provides knowledge.
3 important nadis -ida, pingala, sushumna meet at Agna which is also called sandhya.
Gap between 2 thoughts is sandhya.
One who is worshipped by twice born ( birth and upanayanam)
She is seated on 36 tatvas. she gives energy to tatvas. she is in and beyond tatvas.
she is the 3 aspects of gayatri - Sthula rupa(vyahruthi), sukshma rupa(sandhya) and karanarupa(tatvasana)
that+you+supreme mother of universe
She is the highest level of consciousness. self realization is union of supreme power and self.
She resides in 5 sheaths that covers the human body.
annamaya - gross, pranamaya - vital, vignanamaya - intellect and anandamaya - bliss.
manomayakosam is in the middle of panchakosas.
meditating with pure heart will give samskaram and moksham
that is not there + boundary + greatness
Her greateness has no boundaries. she illuminates the whole universe with her divine light. If we adore and worship her greatness we will be blessed.
She is forever youthful because she is beyond space and time.
She is full of charm and filled with bliss.
madam is confidence gained from youth.
Her eyes are naturally red due to the reflection of her body.
Her eyes turned red due to constantly meditating on paramashiva. it means her eyes are turning inwards.
Sun, moon and fire are all red in color.
