If the airplane is landed with 1200psi on the brake accumulator gauge (assuming proper pre-charge) and the normal brakes fail, will the emergency brake be available?
No, it must be charged to allow braking
What does the red light in the landing gear handle indicate?
If the handle is UP - at least one gear door is not closed
If the handle is DN - at least one landing gear is not down
What does the anti-skid system compare wheel speed to in order to evaluate if a wheel is in a skid condition?
Independent wheel speed sensors on each wheel

Pull the brake handle UP, turn it 90 degrees, and ensure that the brake accumulator pressure reads at least 1700psi
