A

1) CT or MRI
2) Line drawn across posterior femoral condyles
3) Line perpendicular to posterior condylar line is drawn through trochlear groove
4) using same posterior condylar line as reference, perpendicular line drawn through tibial tubercle
5) distance btw perpendicular lines is measured
6) TT-TG> 20mm is indicator for medialization osteotomy
