What is the main aim of the Computer Misuse Act?
To protect data and information on computer systems.
What is an offence under the Computer Misuse Act?
Unauthorised access to material
Unauthorised with intent to commit or aid further offences

What does the Freedom of Information Act do?
The act provides public access to recorded dating help by public authorities.
What does the Health and Safety at Work Act do?
Provides employees with a duty of care to ensure they act responsibly with computers
What has to be adhered to with the Health and Safety in the Workplace Act?
Workstations have to be analysed for reduced risk and meet minimum requirements.
Give breaks and activity changed
Arrange and pay for eye tests if needed
Provide health and safety training
