describe the difference between a leader and a manager
a leader will encourage team work to achieve the agreed vision, will embrace change, will focus on people - use loyalty and trust to achieve the goals. and will encourage people to find and develop their own way of working
a manager will instruct members of the team to carry out tasks alone or together to achieve goals, will refine existing processes to improve, will focus on the systems and processes required, will assign, guide and instruct to get tasks done.
