Where do you start and how do you start?
Start in the LC lobby. Start by talking about the various types of classrooms and that this is where many classes are held. Also mention auditorium.
Once on the second floor, what will students see and what will you talk about?
They will see classrooms. Emphasize how small the class sizes are and that the same types of classrooms are also on the third floor. Many classes are under 10 students, so group projects basically become a class project. They will also see the testing center. Show them views of the pool and volleyball/basketball courts in summer/spring.
Where to after the second floor?
The tech center. Talk about CAD & 3D modeling for LARCH students. Talk about how WIFI is everywhere.
What is new to the tech center?
Library services. This is not ‘the library’, however this is where students can access library services. Students also have access to the full library at main campus and can use the library loan system to retrieve books for research and pleasure reading.
Where to after the tech center?
Back to the lobby. Talk about the diamond general and, on your way out, talk about the inter campus bus.
When does the bus run? What busses are there?
Inter campus shuttle runs basically every hour, M-F, from MC -> HSC -> AC, and vice/versa. The first bus leaves MC @7:50am, arrives @8:40. The last leaves MC @11pm and leaves Ambler @10pm.
