What is the Acronym for setting Goals?
SMART
SMART - S stands for?
specific: have a specific goal that is clearly defined
SMART - M stands for?
measurable: having a goal that is measurable allows one to see how close or how far away they are from reaching it
SMART - A stands for?
attainable: a realistic attainable goal makes achieving the goal possible
SMART - R stands for?
relevant: a relevant goal holds value and makes sense to the individual
SMART - T stands for?
time-bound: having a set time frame allows one to plan steps to meet the goal deadline
