Is a detailed description of how crime has affected the victims life and the impact it’s had on their wellbeing.
How to?
Respond to hate incidents
- Acknowledge the harm
- Their complaint will be recorded
- Let them know additional processes for complaint

The four levels of Consciousness
Custody Management
- Alert - able to engage in coherent conversation
- Voice/Drowsy or Confused - Responds to voice and able to reply. May need some assistance to walk.
- Pain/Partially Responsive - Responds only to pain (Treat this as a medical emergency)
- Unresponsive - Doesn’t respond at all. ( THIS IS A MEDICAL EMERGENCY)

Custody Management
- Not in need of specific care - The detainee must be checked at least every two hours.
- In need of care and frequent monitoring - Must be checked at least 5 times per hours at irregular intervals.
- In need of care and constant monitoring - The detainee must be directly observed without interuption.
