A
- unfair conduct relating to promotion, demotion, probation, employee training, employee benefits
- unfair suspension or discplinary action short of dismissal
- failure/refusal to reinstate former employee
- occupationational detriment, in contravention of Protected Disclosures Act, where employee made protected disclosure
