vasa recta decrease in length, plica circularis decrease in number, arcades increase in number,

What are the significant clinical notes for appendicitis?
vague referred pain at T10, sever pain in lower right quadrant, pain most severe at spinoumbilical point

What are the major branches of the SMA?
ileocolic, right colic, middle colic, and inferior pancreaticoduodenal aa.
What are the main branches of IMA?
left colic, sigmoid, and superior rectal
What does the portal vein transmit? from which structures?
transmits deoxygenated nutrient rich blood from

What is the clinical significance of dilated veins?
Besides looking like trash, they can rupture and cause severe hemorrhaging in areas of food passage
