Q

What are some distinguishing features of TB? Staining? Pigmentation and airborne?

Q

What is the first exposure to TB like?

A
  • No delyaed hypersensitivity
  • marcophage recognizes bacteria and activates C3B complement to opsonize it
  • Then the macrophages engulf them but due to to Tb prevents phagolysosome from fusing
