shortness of breathe
dry cough
some have digestive tract symptoms:
(1) diarrhea
(2) abdominal pain
(3) vomiting
slow recovery
weakness and fatigue can last for a week

Pathogenesis
a. multiplies within phagocytes
b. death of cells & tissue necrosis
c. microabscesses
d. healthy people quite resistant
fatal respiratory failure ~15% hospitalized cases
