A
  • Type IV secretion system releases effector protiens:
  • recruits vesicles from mitochondria & ER, bacteria becomes “self”-recognized
  • also prevents fusion with the lysosome
  • Feeds off materials need for cyctoplasm
  • LCV uses all of cells resource then kills cell
