It is debated and voted on its chamber. if it passes, it moves to the other one.
What is a Conference Committee for a Bill?
If needed, changes are made to the bill on compromise
What is Final Approval on a Bill?
Both chambers vote on the final version
What is Presidential Action for a Bill?
The president can sign, veto, or allow the bill to become law without signing. If vetoed, Congress can override with a 2/3 majority in both houses.
