A

Implemented in 1918-1921 in emergency to help the red army - forced grain requisitioning - however this would lead to famine - agricutrual productivity declined

A

Denationalized small businesses - which would lead to them excelling. Factory output increased by 200% between 1920 - 1923

A

Peasants were allowed to sell any surplus grain - which would incentivise them to produce more - grain production rose from 37.6 million tonnes in 1921 to 56.6 million tonnes in 1923
