To prevent the ball from touching one’s court by bumping or passing it.

To direct the ball to a spot for a teammate to spike.
Describe a spike in volleyball.
An offensive hit that sends the ball forcefully down to the opponent’s court, making it difficult to return.
What is the main objective of a block in volleyball?
To prevent the ball from entering the court and hitting the ground.
What is a dig in volleyball?
A defensive skill to handle the opponent’s serve or attack.
