belongs.

The review is about a work that is
relatively recent.
Timely
The review is not tainted by the author’s
personal biases and prejudices.
Objective
The review is acceptable to many, if not
all. The reviewer made use of generally
accepted criteria in evaluating the
subject work.
Credible
The review is simply not a piecing together of other critic’s reviews. The author provides his/her own inputs that maybe the same or different from that of other critiques.
Original
The author does not unfairly
compare the work with another
work.
Fair
It decides whether the work is good or
bad, of good quality or poor quality.
