The opening part of a speech, aimed at grabbing attention.
Introduction
Specialized language understood by a particular group or profession.
Jargon
The central or most important speech at an event.
Keynote
The main idea or information being communicated.
Message
Adjusting voice pitch, tone, or volume for effect.
Modulation
A single, unchanging pitch or tone, often boring in delivery.
Monotone
A spoken account of connected events or stories.
Narrative
En anglais, “story” et “narrative” sont liés mais distincts :
- Story : Désigne la séquence d’événements, réels ou fictifs, qui composent une histoire. Elle inclut les personnages, le début, le milieu et la fin, souvent structurés autour d’un conflit ou d’un enjeu[1][4][5].
- Narrative : Fait référence à la manière dont une histoire est racontée. Cela englobe le style, la perspective (première ou troisième personne, par exemple), le ton et les techniques utilisées pour captiver le public (flashbacks, suspense, etc.)[1][4][12].
En résumé, la story est le contenu brut, tandis que la narrative est l’art de le transmettre.
