NABP Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Examination Committee
NAPLEX/ MPJE scores ≥ 75
Complete ≥ 1440 internship hours (hours in foriegn country do not count)
BOP may waive these requirements for public health/safety

7 hours of Pain management within 1st 24 months of initial license renewal, 1 hour is specific to OR provided by the pain management commission
