Almost all Canadian whiskeys are blended.

Irish whiskey has to be distilled at least 3 times and aged for at least 3 years by law.

Rum is made from sugarcane.

An aperitif is a type of wine that is used to cleanse palette and increase appetite.
What alcohols are fortified?
Vermouth, aperitif, Brandy
