A
- The national heritage list for England which can be accessed via the historic England website.

When is listed building consent required?
A
- Listed building consent is likely to be required for all works of demolition, alteration or extension to a listed building that affects its character as a building of special architectural or historic interest.

A

- Most listed building consent decisions are decided within eight weeks.
- The planning decisions for unusually large or complex project are decided within thirteen weeks.
