Law 1 - The Law of Irrationality
“You are not as rational as you think you are. You are naturally emotional and reactive. Your first impulse is usually the wrong one. Your feelings tend to blind you to facts, distort your judgment, and make you act impulsively. To become a master of human nature, you must learn to control your emotions and think objectively. Only then can you see the world clearly, understand others, and act with wisdom.”
