Contents of a gantt chart / work plan / production scheme?

A

1) Tasks: the different stages or main sections of
the overall project.
2) Activities: a series of things to do in order to
complete a task.
3) Durations: the amount of time that a task or
activity is expected to take.
4) Timescales: how long the different tasks or overall
project is expected to take.
5) Milestones: key dates when a section is
completed
6) Resources: what is needed to complete the
tasks and activities.
7) Contingencies: ‘what if scenarios. back up plans
such as extra time or alternative ways to do things.

A

use recces for outside locations for filming, sound recording or photography. Somebody will go on a recce to visit a location and gather information before production starts.

Advantages and disadvantages of primary and secondary research?

A

Primary: (survey, first hand experiments)
ADV: It is more reliable as it comes from source itself
To find out specific needs for your clients
DIS: It is very time consuming and harder to find, high cost
Secondary: (research which has already been researched before)
ADV: Easy to find and cheaper(like google)
DIS: More unreliable as it isn’t a first hand account
Hard to find specific information needed
